Gran Turismo Sport replicas of the Prodrive prepared 1991 BTCC BMW Finance Mobil 1 Racing Liveries driven by Jonathan Palmer and Steve Soper.
The final year of the M3 as a full factory effort in the British Touring Car Championship saw the biggest update in livery since 1988. The striping scheme was radically altered on the rear quarter panels and new stripes were added to the front wing.
The team added Prodrive decals to the rear pillars and the front of the car now carried nothing other than the Mobil 1 decal. Pioneer sponsorship was now gone, so the sills carried 3 new decals instead.
Car 44 was shared between Steve Soper, Tim Sugden and Christian Danner across the year.
